The aftermath of V day

People propose to the gf or bf (if you're brave enough) on v day.

Or ask someone to be your gf or bf (if you're brave enough)

Or get married on v day

Or have a kid

Or make one (or 2, 3 even 4 if you're good enough)

Do you think anyone would divorce on V day?

Or break up with their bf/gf

Or decide that they have had enough of shit and makes THAT decision to ditch the significant other on V day? Well, they can raise the issue another day, if they're nice enough but the decision to break up with him/her can be made on V day right?

The point is, will anyone do it?

I mean, why cannot? It's mean, but there's no law stating that you can't do it right?

Just like there's no law saying you can't give someone false hopes and make empty promises.

No law saying you can't dump someone on their birthday, christmas or on any other significant festivals right?

HOW CAN I EVEN HAVE SUCH THOUGHTS?!

I think I'm gonna suffer retribution for this, get dumped on some important occasion or something for being so mean and evil.

I saw something in my comments that tickled me. Xue suggested that we go for counselling together. I don't know who else will find it funny, if no one then I think I should really take up her offer and go for counselling with her. :p

Not funny meh? I thought that's a novel way of telling someone that it's time to get help. Better then hiding their knives, locking their windows and confiscating their pills and gas cylinder right?

OK! I'm starting to think no one finds it funny except me and her so I should take up her offer soon...

And to think I thought I was the only normal and sane member of the family...
